To guide the students regarding modern Agricultural technologies and innovative approaches of crop production practices, Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana ,Institute of Agriculture, Bathinda, had the honour of hosting Dr. Kulbhushan Grover, Professor of Sustainable Crop Production, New Mexico State University, USA. Dr. Grover also serves as the President of the Association of Agricultural Scientists of Indian Origin (AASIO), USA, and the Regional Director of the North American Colleges & Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA), USA.
Dr. K. S. Sekhon, Director of the Regional Research Station, Bathinda, extended a warm welcome to the guest, Dr. Kulbhushan Grover.During his visit, Dr. Grover delivered an enlightening and highly informative session on sustainable crop production, global agricultural challenges, and the importance of international academic collaborations. His insights provided the students and faculty with valuable knowledge and a broader perspective on emerging trends in agriculture.
The event was graced by Dr. Avtar Singh Dhammu, Associate Dean of the Institute, along with other faculty members. Dr. Dhammu expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Grover for sharing his expertise and providing such meaningful guidance to the academic community.
