NOTICE
Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of Department of Food Science and Technology along with Bank Draft of Rs.200/- in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M along with attested copies of certificates for one post of Junior Research Fellow @ Rs. 37,000/- p.m. + 16% HRA, as admissible, provided in the Scheme “Use of ultrasound technologies for extending quality and shelf life of whole wheat based products” Misc-108 (PC-5416) under TIET-TAU-PAU Centre of Excellence for Food Security (T2PCEFS) for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier with the following qualifications:

Masters in Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/Food Technology (Processing Technology)/ Food Processing Technology with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks without NET shall be eligible for Junior Research Fellow@ Rs. 26000/- per month+ 16% HRA p.m.
Note:1. The Candidate who does not possess Masters degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D. degree in the discipline required at Masters Level, shall be eligible for the post.
Note:2. The Candidate having Doctoral Degree in relevant subject with minimum OCPA 6.50/ 10.00 basis or 65% marks from a recognized university will be exempted from the condition of qualifying NET.
The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in office of Department of Food Science and Technology is 02-12-2025. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. Candidates who had applied earlier vide advisement No.FST/2025/ 3230-3330 Dated: 28.8.2025 need not to apply again. The eligible candidates will be informed with the date and time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
